drivetraffic on "How to Repair RSS Feed"

When I look at wp-rss.php for the "broken feed blog", it is identical to the same file for another blog that I have where the feed is not broken. Same goes for wp-rss2.php and wp-feed.php.

Bizarre.

Any other ideas to try? Thanks!
